Josephine Freeman Obituary

Josephine M. Freeman, 82, of Loveland, formerly of Bloomingdale, died Monday, May 11, 2020 in Loveland. She was born February 24, 1938 in Hopedale. She is the daughter of the late George and Sara Tawrosza Wuchetich. She is preceded in death by her husband Ernest Freeman and one daughter Sara Freeman.

Josephine was retired from Harrison Hills School District where she was a principal for many years. She was a graduate of the College of Steubenville then a master’s degree from Duquesne University. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church and it’s Catholic Women’s Club. She was also a member of the Retired Teachers of Harrison County.

Surviving are one daughter Jody (Dale) Shoemaker of Loveland; one sister Georgeann Goheen of Milford, OH; two grandchildren Nicholas and Pamela Shoemaker.

A funeral liturgy with Mass was held Friday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and entombment followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
