Judith A. Foglietti, 73, of Steubenville died Thursday, October 24, 2024 at Trinity West. She was born November 6, 1950 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Armando and Helen Grimm Micucci. She is also preceded in death by brothers Edward & David Micucci.
Judy was a strong woman of equality strong faith who had been an active member of Holy Family Catholic Church. Additionally, she continuously stood as an integral part of her community through her whole life, from being a revolutionary steel mill worker for Weirton Steel Mill to touching the people of Steubenville's hearts and bellies by working as a cook at many restaurants, most notably Plain Jane’s. She has survived breast cancer TWICE and a brain tumor throughout her life showing further testament to her resilience. The Steubenville area will never be the same without her but we know she is in a better place now residing in God’s loving arms. We love you, miss you, and can’t wait to a kiss you! She was an extraordinary woman who is survived by daughter: Jodie Miller, grandchildren: Maci Hollerback, Mary Miller, and Matthew Miller, and sisters: Tina Chambers and Cassandra Pahides.
Calling hours will be held Thursday from 1 pm until time of services at 4:30 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Fr. Drake McAlister will officiate, burial will be held at a later date.
