Kevin M. Gilkey

Kevin M. Gilkey, 47, of Wintersville passed away Sunday, July 13, 2025 after a brief illness at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. He was born November 16, 1977 in Wheeling, WV. He is the son of Michael and Kathy Clarke Gilkey. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Clinton & Veronica Gilkey; maternal grandparents James & Margaret Clarke; aunt Joyce Clarke-Priscilla.

Kevin was a graduate of Indian Creek High School class of 1996 and received a bachelor’s degree at Muskingum University in 2000. He worked at Eastern Gateway Community College in the Information Technology Department for many years.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, are one brother Jeff (Tracy) Gilkey of Pickerington, OH; niece Becca Gilkey and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Private services were held and burial took place in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
