Marcia A. Haines

Marcia A. Haines, 77, of Wintersville died Sunday, January 26, 2020 at Valley Hospice. She was born September 10, 1942 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Rudolph and Helen Stepanovich. Also preceding her in death is her sister Trudy Reed.

Marcia was Catholic by faith and a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She worked as a cook for Bob Evans for many years.

Along with cooking she also was an avid bowler. Marcia also was a football fan with her favorite teams being the Cleveland Browns and Ohio State.

Surviving are her husband William “Ronnie” Haines, whom she married July 14, 1988; one son Paul McCann of Johnstown, OH; one daughter Michelle (David) Powell of Columbus; two step-daughters Rhonda (Ronnie) Sales of Ft. Lauderdale and Terri Haines of Princeton, NC; six grandchildren and one great grandson.

Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4-7 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with Mass will be Thursday at 10 am at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Entombment will follow in Union Cemetery.
