Mary A. Pasich

Mary A. Pasich, 101, of Steubenville died Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Trinity West. She was born March 1, 1923 in Austin, TX. She is the daughter of the late Anthony Ortiz and Piedad Delgadillo Ortiz Portocarrero and step father Geronimo Portocarrero. She is also preceded in death by her husband Milan Pasich; brother Henry Portocarrero; sisters Amelia Hula and Vida Krysnak; three nephews Jason Hughes, Derick Hughes and Arnold Portocarrero.

Mary was a member of the former First Church of the Nazarene in Steubenville for many years. She was also a member of the Church Women United, RSVP and the Survivors and Seekers. Mary retired in 1994 where she was a bookkeeper at M&M Bank.

Surviving are one son Miklan “Mike” Pasic of Steubenville; two sisters Lana Scott and Frances (Otis) Hughes both of Steubenville.

Visitation will be held Friday from 11 am until time of services at 1 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery.
