It is with a heavy heart that we must share that The Lord has called home Michael Douglas Carmine Sr., 63, of Steubenville, Ohio.
Michael was born on October 10, 1958, to Homer E. “Vic” Carmine and Beulah Dorcas “Doc” (Harper) Carmine, in Steubenville, Ohio where he grew up and lived most of his life. He proudly attended Steubenville High School, and later decided to further his education in Southwestern Michigan.
Michael was preceded in death by both of his parents; Homer E. “Vic” Carmine and Beulah Dorcas “Doc” Harper Carmine, and his sister Lisa Carmine.
Michael was a loving and proud father of three children, whom he is survived by; Michael (Nicole) Carmine Jr. of Steubenville, Ohio, Jeremiah (Stephanie) Carmine of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Shelby Flanders of Vanrico, Florida; and eight grandchildren. He was also survived by his siblings Homer “J.R.” Carmine of Steubenville, Ohio, Victoria “Vickie” Williams of South Bend, Indiana, and Joseph (Kelly) Carmine of Mingo Junction, Ohio.
Although the Carmine family is saddened by their significant loss, they rejoice in knowing Michael’s eternal rest has led him home with his Lord and Savior. There will be a Celebration of Life held in honor and recognition of Michael’s life on Saturday, November 6th, 2021, at 10 a.m. Family, friends, and others, who’s lives Michael touched, are invited to gather at the First United Presbyterian Church, 650 McLister Ave, Mingo Junction, Ohio 43938, to celebrate and reminisce about the legendary man he was, and the adventurous life he lived.
