Nicholas D. Milone, 82, of Wintersville, passed away on Thursday, February 20th, 2025.
He was born in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania on April 22nd, 1942. He is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann (Endler) Milone.
Nicholas graduated from Canon-McMillion High School in Canonsburg and worked 34 years at Weirton Steel before enjoying retirement.
Nicholas was a car enthusiast and attended hundreds of car cruises and shows over the years with his ‘67 Rambler, having placed and won many of them. In addition, he also liked to build model cars and sketch them.
He also enjoyed watching football and his game shows, chopping firewood, listening to Doo-wop, and sitting outside to watch the deer, birds and chipmunks.
He loved animals, especially dogs of which he had many throughout his life.
Nicholas will be remembered by many for his sense of humor and ordering his favorite bowl of chili from Eat N’ Park.
He is survived by his sons Nicholas D. Milone, Jr., and Brian Keith Milone, both of Wintersville. His daughter Anita Marie (Kenneth) Kendle of Bergholz, and his Grand-daughter, Amanda Lynn Kendle and her wife, Mary E. Kennedy of Toronto. He will be sorely missed. In his words, “take it easy”.
