Nita Lee Bartlett "Nite Lite" 77 years old of Mingo Junction, passed away suddenly Wednesday August 5, 2020 at Trinity West ER. She was born February 14, 1943 in Steubenville, daughter of the late James F. Watt and Georgia "June" Devlin Watt. Preceding her in death were her parents, grandparents, sister Cheryl "Cheri" Foldi, and her "Grammy" Nita V. Devlin Smith, her "guardian angel." She is survived by her husband Presley R. "Bob" Bartlett, her children Richard D. Calevro of West Jefferson, OH, Brian K. Calevro of Washington D.C., Melissa R. (Neil) Calevro of Seminole FL, and James J. Calevro of Bloomingdale, OH. Brother, James (Jan) Watt of Pickerington, OH. Grandchildren Alexi (Jason) Calevro, Hailee (Jacob) Pack, and Jeremee Calevro. Great Grandchildren Phoenix, Rilee, and Gabriel. Nephew, John Foldi, Niece Jennifer (Doug) Bishop, Niece Jamie Watt. Stepdaughter Cindy Humpe and Step-grandson Sean Humpe and his son Ayden. And her furbaby, Moses "MoMo." Nita Lee was a lifelong resident of the Ohio Valley. She was a graduate of Steubenville High School Class of 1961 and a member of the Big Red marching band in which she played the clarinet. She was retired from Bob Evans and King's Family restaurants. Nita Lee did not know a stranger. She had an infectious smile and laughter. Nita Lee loved decorating, flowers, and Christmas. If you were lucky enough to experience Christmas with Nita Lee, then you know, just how magical and special it was to her. She was a fantastic cook, who was known for her hospitality. She was a fashionable, stylish woman, known for her collection of designer handbags and shoes. She had to have her hair styled, lipstick on and her nails manicured at all times. Nita Lee loved babies and children, she always said she could care for and love any child. She loved her fur babies, Ariel and Bam Bam and her fur grand babies Zoey and Maxwell, who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Her greatest love, however was for her four children. She adored her four babies and beamed with pride at all they accomplished in life. They were her heart, her reason for living. Nita Lee was loved by so many and definitely touched the lives of everyone she ever came in contact with. She will be missed by all who knew her. Calling hours are Monday 3-7 p at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel. Where services will be held 10 am Tuesday, Pastor Sam Davis will officiate and burial will follow at New Alexandria Cemetery.
