Patricia A. Heaston

Our loving mother, Patricia A. Heaston of Bloomingdale, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2024 after a battle with Lung Cancer. Patti was born in Steubenville to the late Patrick and Anne Foley.  

Patti was a graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert “Scott” Heaston. She is survived by her brother John “Jack” Foley currently residing in Clovis, CA.  Patti devoted her life to raising her three sons; Daniel Haraczy (wife Cindy, deceased) of Bloomingdale, Michael Haraczy (wife Peggy) of Westfield Center, OH and Steven Haraczy (wife Sandy) of Weirton. Patti also provided love and guidance to her step daughters Christy Neely and Debbie Geary. Patti was blessed with six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  

Patti was a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan and an animal lover.  She was a long-time member of St. John Fisher’s Church in Richmond. In the past she had served as church secretary. For numerous years she taught CCD classes and volunteered for VBS.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 10 am until time of services at 12 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Fr. Jack McCoy will officiate.
