Patricia "Patsy" Cifrancis

Patricia “Patsy” Cifrancis, 90, of Steubenville died Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Trinity West. She is the daughter of the late Francis “Frank” and Anna Rodgers Duffy. She is also preceded in death by her husband George Jr.; four sisters Mary Catherine Kaufmann, Anna Richey, Clarita Larkins and Ruth Gillespie; one brother Martin Duffy.

Patsy was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, it’s CWC and the Widow Group of Holy Family. She was a graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School class of 1948. Patsy was an avid fan of Notre Dame and Central football; she also enjoyed playing cards.

Surviving are one son George Cifrancis III of Columbus; one daughter Beth Ann (Daniel) Cifrancis - Powley of Steubenville; three grandchildren Macenna, Collier & Mathisen and one great grandson Adley.

Calling hours will be Thursday from 4-7 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Friday at 10 am at Holy Family Catholic Church, Msgr. Gerald Calovini will celebrate. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
