Raymond Cervellini, Sr.

Raymond Cervellini, Sr., 101, of Steubenville died Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at Trinity West. He was born May 20, 1923 in Dennison, OH. He was the son of the late Bernard “Barney” and Erminia “Anna” Marziale Cervellini. He is also preceded in death by brothers Peter and Alphonse Cervellini, sister Lillian Cervellini, two infant brothers and nephew Bruce Cervellini.

Raymond was retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel and Penn Central Railroad where he worked for many years. He was Catholic by faith. Raymond loved riding bikes, swimming, playing volleyball, visiting and spending time at Tappan Lake, Salt Fork and Atwood Lake. He also deeply loved and cared for his family.

Surviving is one son Raymond Cervellini, Jr. of Steubenville with whom he lived with.

Memorial visitation will be held Monday from 2 pm until time of services at 4 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Burial will be private and take place in St. Mary’s Cemetery near Dennison.
