Robert J. Donnelly

Robert J. Donnelly, 68, of Steubenville died Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Trinity West. He was born March 7, 1957 in Steubenville. He is the son of Marlene Salata Donnelly and the late Jerome Donnelly. He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Ann Smoger and brothers Jay & Jack Donnelly.

Robert was a painting contractor for many years, he was very attentive to his work and always had a joke to tell. He was a graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School class of 1975.

Surviving are his son Robert J. Donnelly “RJ” of Steubenville; brothers Brian Donnelly of New Jersey and Chris Donnelly of Virginia; stepfather Ron Stanko; two grandchildren Kira & John and many nieces and nephews.

Robert will be cremated and his remains will be buried in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
