Robert P. "Rob" Miller

Robert P. “Rob” Miller, 61, of Wintersville, died Sunday, December 28, 2025 at Wyngate Assisted Living. He was born June 15, 1964 in East Liverpool. He is the son of the late Paul and Patsy Lou Rose Miller. Rob is also preceded in death by his sister, Betty Powers.

Rob worked as a bus driver for the Jefferson County Board of Developmental Disabilities. He was also a die-hard Ohio State Buckeye and Pittsburgh Steeler football fan.

Surviving are his wife Susan Paolucci Miller, whom he married February 9, 2008; two step-daughters Shae & Amber Dalrymple; three nieces Megan Powers, Stephanie (Tod) Powers-Nuzum and Rachael Powers-Zupan; nephew Nicolas Sacker; sister-in-laws Lisa Paolucci and Tammy (Barry) Besece.    

The family is inviting guests to wear their Ohio State, Steeler and jeans apparel to the visitation in honor of Rob.

Visitation will be held Friday 2-6 pm the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Additional visitation will also be held Saturday from 10 - 11 am at the funeral home. Private burial will be held in Riverview Cemetery.
