RoseMary Huggins

Rosemary Ann Huggins 84 of Steubenville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Saturday evening, July 1st, 2023. She was born on May 1, 1939 in Steubenville She is the daughter of the late Guido and Regetta Tucci Lulla. Also preceding Rosemary in death are her husband James and her sister Gloria Fornal.

Rosemary was a member of Triumph of the Cross Catholic Church and was for many years the cook at All Saints School.

She leaves behind her children, Frank Huggins, Melissa (Rick) Hazelip, Shelly (Charley) Ellis and her grandchildren, Brianna Parrish and Zachary Huggins.

Calling Hours are Wednesday 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the Mosti funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd. Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with mass will be celebrated 11:30 am Wednesday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Mt. Calvary God gained one very special angel and she will be eternally missed.
