Rosemary Kocher Obituary

Rosemary C. Kocher, 93, of Steubenville passed away Friday, June 20, 2025, at Weirton Medical Center. She was born June 18, 1932 in Steubenville.

She is the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Gallabrese Petrelle. She is also preceded in death by husband Elbert “Lee” Kocher and son Lee Kocher Sr.

Surviving is nephew Jeff Petrelle; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Private burial was held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
