On Wednesday Aug 5th, 2020 Sallie C. Mann-Walls of Steubenville, lost her brief battle to Cancer. Sallie was born in Passaic, NJ to Thomas H. Mann Jr. and Nora R. Uddin. She is survived by her soulmate, Philip Clem (Steubenville, Oh). 5 children. Christopher Muniz (Steubenville, Oh), Josephine Muniz (Fairmont, WVa), Plissken Vallejo (Elkton, MD), Garrett-Mason Walls (Morgantown, WVa) and Stanton Walls (Morgantown, WVa). Sallie was loved by her 11 Grandchildren Patric Mann (WVa), Chardonnay Johns (Colorado), Morgan Tolson (OH), Jasmine Johns, Danilla Marida (WVa), Olivia Vallejo (MD), Makenzie Walls and Tyson Walls (WVa), Scarlette Walls (WVa), Jamison Stiles (OH) and Clinton Greaver (OH). And 4 great-grandchildren. Also Survived 8 siblings. Miriam Banks (Passaic, NJ), Tommy Birks (Belleville, NJ), Kim Ortiz (Cliffton, NJ), Sarah Mann-Marin (Cleveland, OH), Walter Mann (Oil City, Pa), Ann Mann (Patterson, NJ), Butch Mann (Circleville, Oh) and Teddy Mann (Cliffton, OH). At Sallie’s request there will be no services. Sallie was a friend and Mother to many. She would stand by your side with wise words of advice and encouragement and hugs that melted your worries away.
