Obituary
Shirley Z. Biggio, of Steubenville died Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Bolger Country Club Manor. She was born May 15, 1934 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Howard and Lillian Goldsboro Biggio.
Shirley was a member of Triumph of the Cross Parish and its CWC. She enjoyed playing different card games with friends, working outside in her yard and with her beautiful flowers, taking care of her many Poodle dogs she has had over the years and talking on the phone to her numerous friends including Peggy, Barbara and Jeannette.
Surviving are her niece Gretchen (Brian) Yanssens of Mingo Jct. and one brother Howard “Bud” (Vicki) Biggio of Salineville, OH.
Visitation will be held Tuesday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church from 10 am until time of Mass at 11 am. Fr. Matthew Gossett will celebrate and Entombment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
