Stephanie Nelson

Stephanie Nelson, 69, of Steubenville, passed away on August 7, 2024 after a final battle with cancer. Born on September 4, 1954, Stephanie was known for her love of life and her love of family, both chosen and born.

Stephanie is survived by her brother, Michael (Patty Cassandra) Gromczewski, and her sons, Joe Nelson, Aaron (Timothy Newman) Nelson, John (Tammie) Nelson. Stephanie will be remembered for the kindness she showed to everyone around her, her journey through addiction and recovery, those whom she mentored, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, September 7, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Friends and family are invited to gather to honor and celebrate Stephanie's life.

Stephanie’s legacy will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. May she rest in peace.
