Tamera C. Noonan

Tamera C. Noonan, 71, of Steubenville Ohio died Tuesday, July 23, 2024 in Leesburg Virginia. The daughter of the late Edith and Thomas Noonan Sr., she is survived by her husband of 35 years, Douglas Manuel and her brother Thomas Noonan Jr.

A graduate from Steubenville Catholic Central High School (’71) and the College of Steubenville (Franciscan University)

A Mass will be held at St. Peter’s Church in Steubenville,  Tuesday 15 October 2024 at 10:00. All friends and colleagues are welcome to attend. She will be interred at Sunset Hills Cemetery; Bozeman, Montana, near Yellowstone National Park, a favorite vacation spot.
