Obituary
Tammy J. Garrett, 58, of Steubenville died Monday, May 22, 2023 at Weirton Medical Center. She was born October 25, 1964 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Earl and Mary Ann Marsiglio Marshall.
Tammy worked as a Lab Technician at UPMC. She was a graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School class of 1982.
Surviving are her husband Christopher Garrett, whom she married November 16, 2010; brother Earl (Kathie) Marshall of Wintersville; sister Lisa Marshall of Steubenville; brother in law Steve Garrett of Springfield, OH; two sister in laws Betty Jane Garrett of Weirton and Christine Garrett of Hermitage, PA; nephews Matthew Marshall, Rick (Kim) Garrett; nieces Kristina (Mike) Shelton and Renee (Eric) Soderstrom; great nephews Vance, Luca and Danny; great nieces Kirby, Brooklyn, Emma, Evelyn and Audrey.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 10 am until time of services at 12 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Deacon Ed Kovach will officiate.
