Tammy L. Vincent

Tammy L. Vincent, 62, of Steubenville died Friday, October 3, 2025 at her home. She was born December 26, 1962 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of Lovie Utsinger Merritt and the late Harold Vincent Sr. Also preceding her in death are her brother, Tracy Lee Vincent; stepfather Donald Merritt Sr. and companion Terry Montgomery.

Surviving, in addition to her mother, are her brothers, Harold Vincent Jr. of Steubenville, Donald Merritt of Steubenville and Gary Merritt of Mingo Jct.; sister Donna Vincent of Steubenville; stepdaughter Tara Lynn Montgomery and many nieces and nephews.

Tammy will be cremated and no services will be held at this time.
