Theodore Painter Obituary

Theodore J. Painter, 74, of Wellsburg died Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at Valley Hospice. He was born September 30, 1951 in Wheeling to the late Charles and Mary Ellen Sanders Painter.

Surviving are one son Jack Painter; one daughter Mary Lou Painter; sister Carol Painter; brother John Painter and grandson Christopher.

Theodore will be cremated and no services will be held at this time.
