Theresa M. Karpinski

Theresa Marie Karpinski passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at the age of 91 years.

Theresa, a kind, gentle and loving soul, was a loving wife, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to so many. She treasured her family and her faith above all. She was a lifelong member of Holy Rosary Parish where she sang in the choir for many, many years. She loved spending time with her many children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughters, Chris (Bill) Dardis of Dayton, Mary Lee (Jeff) Aleksiejczyk of Pittsburgh, and Lisa (Guy) Behanna of Pittsburgh; sons, Joe (Kathy) Karpinski of Kent, John (Andrea) Karpinski of Massillon, and Dave (Joanna) Karpinski of Hudson; daughter-in-law, Terry Karpinski of Indianapolis; her fourteen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren; and her twin-sister Delores Reszke.

She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Leo, her oldest son, Michael, her great granddaughter, Zoey Lynn Karpinski, her sisters, Agnes Gabis and Helen Sciance, and her parents, Stanley and Stella Yoka.

Visitation will be Saturday, April 29th, 9:30 am to 10:30 am am at Mosti Funeral Home on Sunset Blvd, followed by a Funeral Liturgy with mass 11:00 am at  Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
