Obituary
Theresa Marie Morelli, 96, of Columbus, formerly of Steubenville died Monday, October 24, 2022 in Columbus. She was born May 30, 1926 to the late Angela and Mariano Cipriani in Pettorano sol Gissio, Abruzzo, Italy.
Theresa was the loving wife of the late Benjamin A. Morelli for 45 years. They were married April 12, 1947. Theresa is also preceded in death by brothers Giuseppe, Mariano Jr., Romeo, Joseph and sister Margaret Deserio.
Missing her dearly are her two sisters, Carol (Robert) Valenti of Weirton and Linda (Howdy) Pfabe of Wellsburg.
Surviving are Theresa and Ben’s five children: Benita, of Blaclick, OH, Marilyn (John) Tarr of Toronto, OH, Denise Ferrie of Aliquippa, PA, David (Mindy) of Hilliard, OH, Lynette (David) Baker of Reynoldsburg, OH, Five wonderful grandchildren and 3 beautiful great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 9:30 am until 11:30 am at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with Mass will follow at 12:00 pm at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
The family asks in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation of Ohio, 2800 Corporate Exchange, Columbus, OH 43231.
