Aunt Aggie was part of my childhood on Lincoln Avenue. She was not really my aunt but because Bobby and Cathy Burchfield (her nephew and niece) called her Aunt Aggie, my brother and I called her the same. We had a nice family atmosphere in our small world there; the adults cared about all the children in our neighborhood. Aunt Aggie had beautiful flowers in her yard. I especially remember her lavender-flowered spider plants with the long seed pods. I put those flowers in my garden because I remembered Aunt Aggie's flowers.
I send my condolences to Marsha, Lee, and Debbie and their families.
