I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Aunt Irmie. I am Lou Lamatrice's daughter and I remember when the original Angelo's at the mall was opening, he would take us back in the kitchen and she would be making the sauce. He always called her Aunt Irmie and he talked about her cooking all the time.

I am sorry to hear that Aunt Irmie has passed away. I remember when the original Angelo's at the mall first opened and my Dad would take us in the kitchen and she would be making the sauce. He always called her Aunt Irmie and he talked about her cooking all the time.
