what to say about joe, first of all, can't believe this happened to such a kind and easy going guy. always in a good mood, always so happy to see you...my best memory is when he would come to the mountaineer, id be on the dance floor, and he would dance with me..now, he comes up one night, a cast on his foot, and he still danced with me...hahahah a real trooper, my memories and love I'm sending to you joe in heaven...
