Geraldine "Gerri" Giannamore

Geraldine J. "Gerri" Giannamore, 88, of Steubenville, died Monday, February 20, 2017 at Trinity West. 
She was born November 28, 1928 in Steubenville.        She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Erma (Tosi) Giannamore; brothers, Domenic, Louis, Eugene and Fred, and nephew, Craig S. Giannamore.   
Gerri is survived by brother, Arthur Giannamore (wife, Rathleen) of Arcadia, CA; many nieces and nephews: Gary Giannamore of Belpre, OH;  Nieces Cynthia (Thomas) Tomastik of Galena, OH, Denise Gable of Dublin, OH, Alisa Vallera of Gahanna, OH. Mark (Theresa) Giannamore of Los Angeles, CA,  Eric (Miki) Giannamore of Robstown, TX, David (Christine) Giannamore of La Crescenta, CA, Lynn (Goerge) Hazlett of Wintersville, Bonnie (Tom) Thornton of Toronto, John (Nicki) Giannamore of Wintersville and Todd (Theresa) Giannamore of Wintersville.
 Gerri worked for Dr. Smarella until his retirement.   She  enjoyed golfing, bowling and  knitting her infamous warm and beautiful afghans!   Her laughter was contagious, always finding humor in every conversation!   
She was a loving and giving Aunt to her nieces/nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews and will be sorely missed.  
Calling hours will be Friday from 3-7 p.m. at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Saturday 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes, Msgr. Kurt Kemo will celebrate. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
